POLICIES

No Call No Shows

No call no shows/ Same day cancellations will be charged a one-time fee of 45% of the balance due. Charges will be applied to the card on file or entered at the time of the booking. If fees are not paid within 72 hours client will be restricted from scheduling a new appointment in the future.

Late Arrivals

All clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period, any time that exceeds the allotted 15 minutes will result in a one-time fee of $20 charged to the holistic total for the appointment. Any time that equals or exceeds 30 minutes; your appointment will be considered as a cancellation which will result in an additional one-time fee of 45% added to the original late fee of $20. Charges will be applied to the card on file or entered at the time of the booking.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

We at Euphoria 7 stand behind our high-quality products and services and guarantee complete satisfaction. However, we have a "No refund or exchanges, all sales are final" policy. If you have any questions or concerns about a product or a service, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, any appointment cancelled same day will be considered as a "No call no show" and subsequently will be charged a one-time fee of 45% of the balance due. A valid and current debit or credit card is required at the time of the appointment being booked.

Deposits

To ensure your spot, a one-time deposit is required per booking and goes toward the initial cost of the service being booked. All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking. In the event you are unable to uphold your scheduled appointment and communication is provided in advance (at least 24 hours or greater), the deposit will still be forfeited, and you will be eligible to reschedule your appointment for another day at no additional cost. However, if you are unable to uphold your scheduled appointment and communication is not provided within the allotted time, 24 hours in advance, this will be considered as a "Cancellation". Deposits will still be forfeited; a new appointment will have to be scheduled online and additional one-time fee of 45% will be charged to the payment method on file or utilized at the time of booking.

Squeeze in Appointments

There is a $40 up charge for all squeeze in appointments that must be paid before booking your appointment with Euphoria 7.

Booking Appointments

All appointments must be booked online. This will ensure your appointment is set and your Euphoria 7 esthetician is available.
